The 10th annual Leatherneck Run is on the 6th of November.  We're getting started earlier because more and more people have called and what to participate this year.  We plan on having all military branches/veterans involved as well more local community and businesses.  We are also trying to get some serious military displays, equipment and demos.  This should be the biggest run we've ever had

We're drafting the runners and event flyers so we can start passing them around and it lists the sponsors to date.

The 10th Annual “Leatherneck Run” opening ceremony will begin at 7:45 am (run starts at 8:00 a.m. November, 6, 2010 at the Suspension Bridge in downtown Waco.  Runners/walkers will follow a 3.1-mile course through Cameron Park and finish at the original starting point.

 The goal of this run is to get our patriotic community together with our veterans and active duty military to have a fun and competitive community event.  All proceeds go to show our support and appreciation for all of our veterans, patriots and Marine Corp League charities.  This is our single most important fundraiser of the year and we ask that you please consider becoming a sponsor for this event.

All sponsors names are printed on the “Leatherneck” runners T-shirts in the sizes mentioned below receive the number of T-shirts indicated, a letter acknowledging your non-profit charitable donation and a certificate of recognition for your support. 

 Platinum and Silver sponsorship benefits include the option name or company logo printed on the runner T-shirts, recognition on any newspaper, radio and TV promotions for this event, and a wall plaque from the Marine Corp League.
